Materials
End-grain white oak blocks, glued with food-safe adhesive, forty by twenty-eight centimetres and thirty-five millimetres thick, with a routed juice groove and four rubber feet.
Care
Hand wash warm and stand it on edge to dry. Never put it in the dishwasher and never leave it flat in a wet sink, which is how a board warps into a cup shape. Oil with food-grade mineral oil whenever the surface starts to look dry.
